We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Retail Sales Associate to join the Japan client-facing team. In this role, you will focus on client conversion, onboarding, and long-term relationship management to support client base growth through high-volume engagement in a KPI-driven environment.■Main tasks include:・Proactively contact inbound and outbound opportunities to convert them into traded accounts.・Support clients through onboarding, account setup, and the initial funding process.・Maintain high daily contact volume and consistent follow-up via phone, email, and live chat.・Manage and grow a portfolio of active clients, including high-value accounts.・Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs such as call volume and revenue targets.・Collaborate with the marketing team to arrange and participate in customer events and webinars.#LI-Hybrid#LI-KN

求められる経験
■Requirements
・At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or financial services.
・Strong interest and knowledge in FX/CFD or financial markets.
・Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
・JSDA (Japan Securities Dealers Association) and Representative License.
・Highly motivated, KPI-driven, resilient, and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
